Partner, Alan F. Hamisch, is a Trial Attorney practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal, personal injury, residential landlord tenant disputes, business litigation, and family law. Attorney Hamisch has conducted trials in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States.
Attorney Hamisch is active in the community as a high school wrestling coach for Gulf Coast High School in Naples and as a mentor for law students at Ave Maria School of Law.
Attorney Hamisch is a father of four who has devoted his time to their success. He has won father of the year awards from his children annually since 2004.
Attorney Hamisch received his law degree in 2010 from Ave Maria School of Law where he was actively involved with moot court and tax court oral advocacy competitions. He was the president of the Law Student Section of the State Bar of Michigan in 2009. Attorney Hamisch attended Utah State University where he earned his B.S. in Political Science in 2006.

Attorney Hamisch is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and has appeared pro hac vice in cases throughout the United States. Attorney Hamisch is also a member of the Collier County Bar Association.
Michelle Hurvitz, Esq., M.B.A.
Partner, Michelle “Micki” Hurvitz, practices in the areas of real estate litigation, inclusive of residential and commercial tenancies and foreclosures, business litigation, community association, and family law.
Attorney Hurvitz is actively involved in the local community and serves as a mentor to 1L students at Ave Maria School of Law. Additionally, Attorney Hurvitz serves as a member of Young Professional Strides at the Naples Therapeutic Riding Center and Temple Shalom.
Attorney Hurvitz also enjoys showing her Dalmatian, Dash, a 2022 Westminster Kennel Club show prospect.
Attorney Hurvitz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ave Maria School of Law where she was actively involved. Attorney Hurvitz served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review and the President of the Women’s Law Association. Attorney Hurvitz also earned CALI awards in nine of her classes including Trial Advocacy and was a Moot Court Trial Competition and Appellate Argument Finalist. In addition to these accolades, Attorney Hurvitz interned with Senior United States District Judge John E. Steele and the Offices of the United States Attorneys during law school.
After law school, Attorney Hurvitz continued to advance her education at her alma mater, Florida Gulf Coast University, where she graduated with her Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.). Attorney Hurvitz previously graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with her Bachelor of Arts.
Attorney Hurvitz continues to advance her passion for education through the Masters of Law program at the University of Miami School of Law and is a candidate for her Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development.
